Fall in Love

Fall in love…
Visit both Heaven and Hell for the price of one.
-Tom Robbins, “Even Cowgirls Get The Blues”

Love is exciting, daring, challenging, easy, trying, unconditional, limitless, uplifting, redeeming, filled with compromise and new things, scary, freeing, relentless, finds you when you least expect it, and worth it.

Love is seeing someone’s flaws, accepting them, and still choosing to love them.

Love is allowing someone to see your flaws and knowing that it will be alright in the end.

Love is about knowing your limits and doing what’s right for you.

Love will test your loyalty, your self-control, your patience, your time, your willingness to be adaptable.

Love will comfort and protect you.

Love will push you.

Not all love lasts forever… sometimes it’s best to walk away. Love fades. People grow and change in opposing directions. No love story is ill-fated, some simply last longer than others, but every-single-story is worth it. When you feel the rush of love coursing across your skin you feel alive. You feel as though you have been kissed by magic that no one can see, but everyone can feel within their bones.

Some loves are dangerous while others are safe. It’s always a free-fall into an unknown space — you never really know how love is going to turn out until you give it your all, and that’s what you should do every time. Give love your all and let the pieces fall where they may… You may be the one picking up a shattered heart or someone may be helping you repair yours.

Love’s timing is unorthodox and hardly ever appears in the manner with which you think it should, but it’s always there…waiting for you to be ready for it.

Love is never wasted — each love is a time when you learn, grow, and discover who you are in love, who you want to be, and who you want to spend your time with.

Love is all about letting go …so leap…
