I Feel Better When I’m Writing.

I notice that I can get antsy, anxious, sad, upset, imbalanced easier when I am not doing what I love — what brings my heart joy — or pursuing my passions.

No, you don’t have to make your hobbies your full-time profession, but you need to find something to offset your life. You need to find balance.

When I am consistently writing I am happier because writing is a form of therapy for me. It is a way to express myself. Writing enables me to create! I get to expand my mind and develop worlds that far outreach our reality.

Find what brings you joy and do more of it every-single-day.
