Cecile Richards has served as the president of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and president of the Planned Parenthood Action Fund. She comes from a mother who was a previous senator, American politician, and activist as well as a lawyer father who specialized in civil-rights. She didn’t stand a chance at not being a troublemaker.
