Can’t you just feel the exuberance, joy, and life emanating from this shot of Ali? You can just tell this man doesn’t know the meaning of the word impossible. And why should he? Have you seen what he’s accomplished throughout his lifetime? — He was a pro boxer and activist to state his general feats.
I love this photo. He is so full of elation with that big smile on his face — I can’t help but feel that happiness within me when I look at it.
It’s okay if you think something is impossible BECAUSE I can guarantee there is someone out there who doesn’t. And that person is the one who will achieve whatever it is you are too scared to undertake.
Nothing is impossible, just fyi… The only impossibility lies between your ears. If you can think it, it can be done. It simply takes time, dedication, practice, devotion, stubbornness, determination, fearlessness, willfulness, flow, adaptability, service, vision, work, … and a dream … to name a few steps along the way.
I think having a dream is the first and most important step — without dreaming of a world bigger than the one you now reside in there is no way to surpass where you are.
You must first dream and then work towards that dream every-single-day until there is no line between you and your dreams because they are now your reality.
Set goals. Achieve your goals. Set new goals.
Have long and short term goals going at the same time. But, start small and as you progress in your confidence of your goal / achieving said goals make each goal afterwards bigger and better than the last.
Dream the Impossible.
