When you reach the point of being able to say “no” without explaining yourself – you have reached a point of liberation. It’s OK to say “no” – but don’t forget it’s also OK to say “yes” when you mean it.
Saying “no” when you mean it and it feels right is a personal right. You deserve to do what you want, when you want, and with who you want – or not.
Do what feels right for you – if that’s saying “yes”, say “yes” – if that’s saying “no”, say “no”
Find your voice and use your words.
