Alain de Botton

“Work finally begins when the fear of doing nothing exceeds the fear of doing it badly.”

-Alain de Botton

As a writer, I have to say that I love reaching this point – a point where nothing else matters but the creation of art, the development of a story, the journeys of the characters, and the final resting place that is considered the end of the tale (or the beginning of the next grand adventure!)

Failure is imminent – do not let the idea of it deter you.

Life is about learning, creating, gathering your resources together to make an outstanding piece of art, all your own.

What matters is that you like it, not what anyone else thinks about the subject matter – and with this day and age, there is no room for excuses.
