There are so many shadows in this world, be a beacon of light within them.
There will be bad days… There will be days you want to give up. There will be days you want to beg them to come back. There will be days you wish you hadn’t made that call. There will be days that defeat you, beat you, and just nearly break you.
But I can guarantee that if you can make it through the bad times during the day, it won’t be all for not — you’ll take a deep breath and see the storm has passed (and you are safe).
Stand tall like the lighthouses you see nestled within the jagged rocks. Be steady. Be resolute. Be brave. Be bright. Guide others.
Lighthouses to me represent strength, determination, team work, structure, resilience, bravery, fearlessness, solitude, service, dependability, patience, chaos…
Lighthouses guide the sailors safely home.
Guide those around you. Be a light in their darkness.
Do not dim your light just because it blinds others. Shine more brightly. Help others realize their potential. Be patient.
Shine the light within you for all the world to see.
