It’s OK to Walk Alone

walkalone

I am no stranger to being alone (and I actually rather enjoy it).

I enjoy solitude over the wrong situations or partners in my life — its not worth the expenditure of energy to me.

My time is precious.

I fill my days with connections that are meaningful.

I fill my days with people that bring my heart joy.

I fill my days with jobs that don’t feel like work.

I walk my path alone.

It doesn’t matter if you have a partner, or family, or friends in your life … when it comes to your goals and aspirations, the only one taking the necessary steps is YOU.

Yes, surround yourself with supportive and inspirational people who will uplift you and fill you with a sense of freedom and joy … but you are the only one who can walk your path.

Find those who are on their own paths beside you. Walk together. Stand beside each other.

Support each other.

Move forward toward your goals each and every day.

Accomplish what no one else is going to for yourself.

You are in the driver’s seat. Where do you want to go?
